For all 4-14 Factory purchases, we have a 14 day return policy. We design our products to help you get the best performance. So if you feel like they aren't working as they should, we'll be happy to offer you an alternative. When you shop at 4-14factory.com, you have 14 days to decide, knowing that you can return them for any reason within that period. RETURNS Under European law, you can withdraw from the contract with 4-14 Factory, for any reason, within 14 days of the date of delivery of the products. This means that if for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, it will be sufficient for you to let us know that you wish to return the products within 14 days of delivery of the product. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it will be sufficient for you to send us your communication before the withdrawal period has expired (i.e. within 14 days of receiving the goods). Important: 1. The products must be shipped without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which you communicated your decision to withdraw from the contract with 4-14 Factory. 2. Make sure that the products you are returning are complete and have not been tampered with. 3. We ask you not to use them for any other purpose than that which is reasonably necessary to decide whether to keep them or not. This means that you can try the garments on to check their fit and size, but you cannot wear or wash them. In the event of failure to comply with these instructions, the return will not be accepted and the refund will not be confirmed. In this case, the product will be, at your choice, kept and destroyed by us or returned to you at your expense. Write an email to customercare@4-14factoy.com, indicating the order number in the subject and the items you wish to return, the quantity and the reason in the body of the email. 2. We will send to your email address the waybill to apply on the package and the instructions for collection by the courier directly from your home. 3. Please also fill out the return form that you received with the items and include it in the package you send us. 4. Once we have received the items, we will check that everything complies with what was communicated and the conditions of withdrawal and we will proceed with the refund within a maximum of 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. EXCHANGES To allow our customers maximum satisfaction in using our products, it is always possible to make changes within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.
